Systems we shipped, and what they changed.

A studio is only as good as what it has shipped. These are representative engagements — the problem, the build, and the number that moved.

Recent engagements.

Client names are withheld where the engagement is under NDA; the systems and figures are real.

B2B · Sales automation01

Outreach agent that books its own meetings

$65K+ Direct revenue attributed
Problem

A lean B2B team was sourcing leads by hand and sending templated emails that read like templated emails. Pipeline was flat and nobody could say which step was broken.

Build

An agent that enriches a defined target list daily, writes outreach against each account's actual context, books meetings straight onto the calendar, and syncs every touch to the CRM. A/B tests run continuously.

Result

Over $65K in directly attributed revenue, with a weekly pipeline report that finally shows which step converts and which one leaks.

E-commerce · Order ops02

One order desk across three sales channels

45 → 8 min Order processing time
Problem

Orders landed from a storefront, two marketplaces, and the phone. Every morning began with re-typing them into the ERP, and stock drifted far enough from reality to cause oversells.

Build

An ingestion layer normalising every channel into one order record, a stock service as the single source of truth, and lifecycle-driven customer notifications. Exceptions route to a human, the rest runs unattended.

Result

Processing fell from about 45 minutes to roughly 8. Oversells stopped. Mornings went back to merchandising.

Internal systems · Ops03

Replacing four subscriptions with one internal tool

40 hrs/wk Manual work removed
Problem

Four overlapping SaaS tools, none of which talked to each other, and a team copying data between them. The subscriptions were the smaller cost; the copying was the real one.

Build

A focused internal tool covering only the workflows that mattered: role-based access, the two integrations that carried real data, and reporting the team actually opened.

Result

Roughly 40 hours a week of copying gone, four subscriptions cancelled, and a codebase the client owns outright.
