When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. We also store your language preference (EN/TR) in your browser's local storage — this never leaves your device.
We use your contact details solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
Our site is hosted on Netlify (netlify.com), which processes form submissions on our behalf under their own privacy policy. We use Google Fonts for typography — fonts are loaded from Google's servers. With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd) to measure visits and Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd) to measure and later target advertising; both may transfer data outside the UK/EEA under standard contractual clauses.
We store your language choice ('pf-lang') and your cookie choice ('pf-consent-2') in your browser. Analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics _ga, Meta _fbp) are set only after you click Accept on the cookie banner. To withdraw consent, clear this site's data in your browser; the banner will appear again.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict processing of your personal data. To exercise any right, email hello@peakflov.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Contact form submissions are retained in Netlify's dashboard for up to 12 months, then deleted. We do not maintain any other database of personal data.
We may update this policy from time to time. The 'last updated' date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
