Ready-made agents · Quote Agent

Every RFQ answered the same day.

The Quote Agent reads incoming requests for quotation — email, PDF and drawings — prices them from your own cost tables and drafts a branded quote for your team to approve. Your estimators check and send instead of retyping.

The problem

Quotes wait in the inbox. Buyers don't.

01Every RFQ is read, measured and retyped into Excel by hand
02Prices depend on who prepares the quote that day
03Missing information surfaces days later, after a back-and-forth
04Nobody can see which quotes are open, won or lost
How it works

From RFQ to approved quote in minutes.

The agent prepares; your team decides. Nothing reaches a customer without a person approving it.

  1. 1
    Step 1

    The RFQ arrives

An email lands in your quotes inbox with drawings, a PDF or an Excel list attached.

    Picked up automatically
  2. 2
    Step 2

    The agent reads it

Parts, quantities, materials, tolerances and processes are pulled out of the email and the drawings.

    Structured request
  3. 3
    Step 3

    It prices the job

Each line is priced from your own cost tables, machine rates and margins — the same rules every time.

    Priced lines + missing-info list
  4. 4
    Step 4

    Your team approves

A branded quote PDF in the customer's language is waiting for review. Edit anything, then approve.

    Sent and tracked

The quote goes out from your own mailbox and its status is tracked until it is won or lost.

Questions

Before you book.

Can it read technical drawings?

Yes — PDF drawings, scanned drawings and Excel part lists. Where a dimension or tolerance is unclear, it flags it instead of guessing.

Are our prices and margins safe?

Your cost tables stay in your own systems and are only used to price your quotes. Data is hosted in the EU.

Does it send quotes on its own?

No. Every quote waits for a person to approve it. You can later allow automatic sending for simple repeat orders if you want to.

Does it work with our ERP?

We connect to Mikro, Logo, Netsis, SAP and others through their API or exports, so quotes and customer records stay in sync.

Which languages can quotes be in?

Any language your customers use — Turkish, English, German and more — from the same price calculation.
